Our desire is to facilitate spiritual growth in marriages and individuals that will have an inspirational and restorative impact with life-altering, lifelong solutions for individuals that are devastated by domestic abuse, marriage infidelity and destructive relationships which results in the restoration of their relationship with God and others.
Vernon M. Brantley
Founder & Minister
You’re looking at a miracle! This is the opening statement of the first testimony from Vernon Brantley over 30 years ago. Today, Vernon is the Co-Founder of Restored Through Faith Ministries where he continues to minister out of his testimony, the miracle working power of Jesus Christ as evidenced through the transformative, restorative power of the Holy Spirit in his life and those he ministers to.
Minister Vernon ordained in 2016, has served in full-time ministry for over 20 years, serving and offering wisdom to encourage and build up brothers and sisters in Christ from the young to the old, always being anchored by his faith. He previously served on the Pastoral Council for 10 years and as Trustee for 5 years under the leadership of Pastor J. David Gibson, Trinity Church of God. He served as Director of the Men Ministries, co-led the boys group, and was a member in the choir.
Vernon is currently a member of the choir at Strong Tower church, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Vernon, along with his wife offer pre-marital guidance, volunteers at Failsafe Jail Ministry, Share Food Network, Bread for Life, and several other community support events that are geared toward meeting people where they are while sharing the love of Jesus by spreading the gospel. In his retirement, Vernon works part-time serving the school system by transporting children with special needs.

Although being a strong silent presence is his first choice, Vernon makes a lasting impact on everyone he comes into contact with. Vernon is a military veteran of the Marine Corps, where he met his fellow Marine and partner for life Phyllis. Married for 44 years, they have 4 daughters, 3 sons-in-love and are proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren.
Phyllis Brantley
Founder & Mentor
Phyllis Brantley was called into ministry in 1997, she received spiritual training and leadership direction under Bishop David Gibson, Trinity Temple Church of God, Woodbridge, Virginia. Phyllis served in many capacities such as serving as Director of Women’s Ministry, Director of CARE Ministry, Lay Leaders, Discipleship and Sunday School Teacher. In 2003 Phyllis graduated from Servanthood Ministries where she received her Ministers License. Under the Leadership of Bishop Earnest Dawson, Rehoboth New Life Church, Waldorf, Maryland, she continued her education and instruction in church doctrine, spiritual oversight in Marriage, and Prison Ministry and was ordained Elder in 2011 and Pastor in 2016. As an ambassador in the kingdom of God, she is gifted to teach and equip Christians to embrace the command to make disciples and advance the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Phyllis co-founded Restored through Faith Ministries, which focuses on reconciliation, restoration of marriages, relationships, families and individuals. Giving hope to the brokenhearted through God’s Word. For 25 plus years Phyllis has actively served in Evangelistic ministry traveling nationwide to minister the Word of Jesus Christ.

Married for 44 years, Phyllis along with her husband Vernon, have co-coached life changing seminars, small group sessions, video conferences, pre-marriage guidance, and participated on panels at conferences. Pastor Phyllis has over 30 years of professional leadership training. She is a 1994 graduate of Defense Equal Opportunity Military Institution (DEOMI), a 2000 graduate of USDA Executive Leadership Program, and certified as a Mediator in Conflict Resolution from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She retired from Federal service after a distinguished career of 31 years, having held several Leadership and management positions in Human Resources, Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Inclusion. Her leadership was acknowledged by The Department of Defense and Army, the National Guard Bureau and various professional organizations as the recipient of numerous National and Department of Defense commendations and appreciations. Pastor Phyllis also devotes her gifts to supporting the restoration of the incarcerated, returning citizens and their families as the Director, Failsafe-ERA Jail and Prison Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides services to the incarcerated. She and her team address the spiritual needs of incarcerated men and women by sharing the message of love, hope and forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

Pastor Phyllis is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She and Minister Vernon reside in Fredericksburg Virginia. They have 4 beautiful daughters, 3 sons (in love) and blessed with 10 grandchildren.
